Cultivating Confidence

"Confidence is the necessary spark before everything that follows." -Brittany Packnett For every individual in tech, confidence plays a critical role throughout their journey. From an entry-level programmer mustering the courage to open their editor every day to code, to executives and leaders making high stakes mission critical decisions, and communicating them throughout their organizations. Confidence principally comes from 3 components: permission, community, and curiosity. In this talk we will dive in on how confidence is created, cultivated, and affirmed. Each one of us can use this information to instill more confidence in ourselves and those around us starting today!
