MQTT
IoT

Diving into the depths of hardware and IoT can seem a bit overwhelming. But with the right foundation, you can be off and running in short order. The foundation of almost all IoT projects is the ability to receive (and sometimes send) lightweight messages. In this session, we’ll explore the basics of MQTT and how you can leverage it for your next hardware-based project. We’ll avoid the ‘off the shelf’ solutions in favor of digging into how it really works. We’ll also explore some real-life applications in agriculture and how farmers are leveraging MQTT to understand the day to day status of their fields.
