There are 365 days a year, 86,400 seconds in a day, and 744 hours in a month, are you spending your time wisely. Our attention is constantly being stimulated by the world around us, and distracts us from being productive. Do you have a life framework? Some people work better during the day vs night, some have to shuttle the kids to and from daycare and school events, and others have attention challenges like ADHD. Our life experience, the lens we view life from, can be used to create a framework that will help you define a path to success. I will dive into the components of a productive framework, exploring factors such as our peak productivity times, common distractions, and how these elements can be tailored to foster a path to success. This talk will cover: - How to identify priority areas for optimal time and energy use. - How to establish small / reasonable goals - How to evaluate what productivity tools to use. - How to deal with life changes and adjust our framework. My goal with this session is to help attendees learn to evaluate their own life and leave them with self reflection questions that help them develop their own framework for a better, more productive life.
